0711021-9 Cessna Window Spring. Sold by AFFORDABLE AVIATION FITS CESSNA: 150/152/172/175/180/182/185/205/206/207/210/337 The Window Arm Spring attaches to a groove in the pin of the Window Arm (arm sold separately or in a kit). The spring provides the tension to actuate the window in the open position. With out the spring the window is flapping in the breeze and this can damage the fragile window hinges. On Cessna 150/152 when there is no spring, window arm or both when you open the window it will smash up against the under wing door stop this will crack or put a hole in your window resulting in a very expensive window replacement.
