Both Headset and Mic pass audio. However the audio quality wasn’t very good. That said, I was unable to test with an actual Aviation Radio. I tested it with my Flight Sim via a pilot sim dual plug to 3.5mm adapter. The headband has some loose material and one of the ear cups looks like it has some marking paint on it. See pics.
